Yati was invited to work with the composition and composition for screen students as a guest lecturer at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, Hungary between 5th-7th Sept. 2016. It was an opportunity to display Yati's work, research into improvisation and composition for screen, and workshop various new techniques. A great experience!
Duo: Reflections to be performed at the Festival Nuova Consonanza in Rome
The premiere of Duo: Reflections for two pianos/four hands will be performed by Paola Biondi/Debora Brunialti at the Festival Nuova Consonanza on 26th November, 2016 in Rome. More information about the festival can be found here.

Moderation and jury lead of the European Talent Award at Soundtrack Cologne 13
Yati moderated the presentation of the shortlisted films at Soundtrack Cologne 13 on 27th, then led the jury together with composer Cliff Martinez, sound designer Josef Steinbüchel, film journalist Uwe Mies, director Christian Alvart and Philipp Polzin from the WDR Funkhausorchestra.
